I have heard this before, but cannot confirm that it works. But several people recommend exercises to improve the muscles in your penis. Here is one source for this information: LINK HERE

ED Herbs: A Multi-million Dollar Scam
Research says that nearly half of men will try an herb (such as yohimbe or Enzyte) before trying Viagra or a similar pharmaceutical agent. I support experimentation with herbs and such, but there are many reasons this approach is backwards. You should start with Viagra and then add herbs. The reasons for this:
- Most herbs have little or no scientific research behind them. I have searched the scientific literature. You can find some studies that suggest some effect. Some studies are only done in rats.
- For many herbs, we just don't know their mechanisms of action - no one has the money to study them.
- We don't know how they may affect different people, or how they may react or interact with other herbs or medications you may be taking. They could increase levels of a drug you are taking to dangerous levels, or lower its efficacy.
- We don't know if some work better at certain ages, or for certain types of ED. Some may have more effect if you have diabetes, or are obese, or smoke or don't smoke.
- Some herbs can make you worse, or even cause harm.
We need research to provide the answer to these questions. Real, scientific research in people.
Therefore, the vast majority of pills or potions PROMISING results - such as Enyzte, Revitelex, Vazomyne, Orexis, or any of the other 100s of "male enhancement" products touted on the Internet - have no evidence that they are effective. The doses or purity are usually unknown, and very few pill sites offer any real studies demonstrating that their products actually work (although many offer lots of fake scientific talk or graphs, guys in white lab coats, and the odious [and useless] "testimonials").
