Should You Avoid Soy Products?

Many soy products - such as soy milk - contain varying levels of compounds similar to estrogen, the female hormone. While this may be good for preventing breast cancer, it may not be good for men and their sexual lives.

Here is a brief discussion of soy and libido:

I have been personally avoiding soy for the last year as I was tested low testosterone by my doctor. I actually avoid soy, green tea, and any lavender soap or shampoo. Those were the most estrogenic items identified by the news in the last year. It is unclear to me the severity level of these things, but since I have low-testosterone, erectile dysfunction, and anorgasmia, the soy products are gone-gone-gone. I even make sure to NOT get soy in the lecithin I buy (a difficult task) so I buy only egg-yolk lecithin from Nature's Plus.

I noticed improved erections when I used soy protien powder. I used it for maybe 2 months then got scared about estrogen overload, lol.

I have read the only way green tea possibly increases estrogene is when used alongside soy products?

I drink green tea often. I do not have impotence.
