A study out of Italy reported that men who take Cialis (tadalafil) every other day had improved blood vessels after 4 weeks. These men also reported "a dramatic increase in morning erections," which helps to provide adequate oxygenation to the penis.Men in the study who took Cialis as most men do - on-demand (as needed) did not show the same results. Wow, between this vascular study and the other one about androgen-estrogen ratios, these PDE5 inhibitors have been showing to be some really good stuff. I appreciate all you do and I'm sure many other silent lurkers do too! Keep up the great work.

Great blog..keep it up (no pun intended:) )I have been using Cialis for about two years on demand. It is amazing except for the first three hours side effects.I always get rock hard erections and feel 16 years old again :)(50 now) every morning. I also use constantly L-arginine. I am now going to try HGW on permanent basis with the L-arginine. I want to have the benefits of Cialis but with out the the side effects. (BTW CIALIS wins over Viagra.... always works for 36 hours for me)
