I have covered the pros and cons of aspirin use. Is it good for erections, or bad? This is an important topic, because it is a very commonly used drug.I found a recent study that suggests that aspirin is a good product for erections. I say this based on the finding of the study -- done with pig blood vessels -- which showed that aspirin (used at doses equivalent to what people use therapeutically) increased levels of nitric oxide in the endothelium -- the tiny muscles that make blood vessels expand (vasodilate) and get smaller (vasoconstrict).
The authors of the report, Dr. D. Taubert and colleagues (from Halle, Germany) suggest that aspirin stimulates release of nitric oxide from the endothelium by increasing its formation.
Of course, one study in pig blood vessels doesn't prove anything, but it does suggest that aspirin may not be harmful to sexual health.

I sent a link to your previous post about Aspirin. I think anything which improves blood flow must be good for erections. I wondered whether Ginko Biloba which also thins the blood would have the same effect, but it works a lot less than Aspirin, so I think the chemical product is the way forward. I suggest taking 75mg a day, everyday, to see how you go. I noticed stronger erections during sleep, but as of yet no spontaneous erections during the day (but i have only been taking it one week). If you do take aspirin, just be careful as it can cause internal bleeding in the gut. but the risk is 1-500 so is small. Keep up the good research!
